A beautiful five stone diamond and sapphire ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This stunning piece is made of 18kt yellow gold and platinum and has an alternating diamond and sapphire design that rests horizontally across the top of the ring. The two prong set mine cut diamonds weigh .60ctw and the three French Cut sapphires are in a milgrained box setting and weigh 1.80ctw coming together to form a long rectangular shaped top surface. The top of the ring is topped in platinum adding beautiful detail to the already lovely piece. The inside of the ring is marked "18K" along with a small maker's mark. The ring is simply marvelous and would look beautiful worn everyday or could make a stunning wedding band or engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.75 but could easily be re-sized. The rectangular top surface of the ring measures 5/8" wide and 1/8" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting and all of the diamond and sapphire stones are intact.
