An absolutely beautiful flower pin from the late Edwardian (ca1910) era! This lovely and feminine piece is made of 14kt yellow gold and portrays a delicate five-petal flower. The flower has a realistic three-dimensional look with textured overlapping petals. The surface of the flower is enhanced with a soft, shimmery enamel that combines pale gold, ivory, and champagne colors with delicate veins of green. Resting in the center of the flower is a single, sparkling diamond, completing the wonderful design. On the back is a bar pin clasp, making it easy to fasten the pin to a favorite garment. A simply beautiful piece, it would make a stunning addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pin measures approximately 1 1/8" wide and tall, and is approximately 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or enamel detail, and the diamond is intact. The pin clasp is secure and in good working order.
