Refund policy

At A. Brandt + Son we are dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a complete refund less the costs for shipping and handling.

Our customers have 7 days (5 business days from the day of receipt of the merchandise) to advise us of the problem and return their purchase(s) in order to receive a full refund. 

No exceptions to this policy unless authorized in writing prior to the sale by a representative of A. Brandt + Son.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price. We stand behind every item that we offer for sale.
