A lovely diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This spectacular ring features a beautiful old European Cut diamond prong set at the center of an 18kt white gold mounting. The diamond weighs approximately 0.54ct and has H color and SI1 grade clarity. Intricate filigree wirework decorates the shoulders and sides of the setting, complete with shapely cutouts and fine milgrained detail that create a lacy appearance. The tapered band is stamped "18K" along the shank. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in August 2016 and has a stated retail replacement value of $3,000.00. The design is simply breathtaking, and the piece would make a magnificent engagement ring for someone special!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6, but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold filigree setting and the diamond is intact.
