An unusual sterling and agate link bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1930) era! This stylish bracelet is comprised of 6 large open links that alternate with ridged sterling spacers. The links have been hand carved from agate, which is dyed a beautiful stony blue color. Each link has a lovely floral motif carved into the surface, giving wonderful depth and texture to the design. The bracelet wraps comfortably around the wrist and fastens with a fold-over latch clasp, which is disguised within the final ridged spacer. A beautiful everyday piece, it has a stylish appearance and would make a wonderful addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/4" long, and would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. Each agate link measures 1" long and 3/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the carved agate links are intact and free of chips or scratches. The fold-over latch clasp is secure and in good working order.
