A stunning diamond and sapphire engagement ring set from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this beautiful set features a central .15ct old European cut diamond, which is bead-set. The diamond is surrounded on all four sides by bezel-set baguette cut sapphires. The shoulders of the ring feature intricate filigree detailing, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The ring is accompanied by an attached band, which is "puzzle piece" fitted. The band features an additional baguette cut sapphire nestled in between two small bezel-set diamonds. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A wonderful example of Art Deco-era craftsmanship, this ring would make a lovely antique engagement ring!
Measurements: Both rings have a finger size 6, but could be resized slightly upon request. Together, the bands have a width of 3mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the set is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting. All of the diamonds and sapphires are secure and intact.
