A gorgeous platinum diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Set within a filigree prong setting is a single sparkling old European Cut diamond, which has J color and SI1 clarity with an approximate weight of 1.52ct. The ring also features six, small single cut diamonds, which further add to the appeal of the stunning ring. The engraving and filigree wirework on the ring is remarkably beautiful, with a flowing scroll motif which can be seen from all sides of the ring. The inside of the shank features an engraving which reads "W.F.A to G.M.A 10-12-26". Accompanying the ring is a Diamond Grading Report (#2231283542) issued by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), giving a full evaluation of the center diamond. When worn, the ring is positively radiant, delivering a spectacular sparkle. It would make a very special vintage engagement ring! It is an absolutely stunning Art Deco piece and would make a gorgeous engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 5.75 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or diamonds, which are all intact.
