Art Deco Platinum, Natural Pearl & Enamel Bead Necklace w/ Tassel

A fabulous beaded pearl tassel necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This exquisite piece is comprised of 2 long strands of pearls that cinch together at a single enamel bead forming a ladder-like design. The pearls and enamel beads exhibit a striking black and white design and a multi-strand tassel hangs at the center. The tassel has a textured enameled topper and is comprised of alternating sections of pearls and enameled beads. It attaches at a simple clasp allowing you to easily take the necklace on and off. The pearls have wonderful luster which looks fabulous next to the deep enameling. It is an absolutely stunning necklace and would make a perfect accessory for any occasion!

Measurements: The length of the necklace measures approximately 28" long and the tassel hangs approximately 2 1/2" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the enamel beads or to the pearls, all of which are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
