A glorious platinum and diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! At the center of this outstanding piece is a sparkling old pear cut diamond, which sits within a gorgeous classic platinum setting. The pear-shaped center stone is prong set and has I color, I1 clarity, and weighs approximately 1.07ct. Flanking the center stone are two tapered diamond baguettes on either shoulder, weighing a combined .40ctw, with I color and SI1 clarity. The inside of the band is stamped "10% IRID." and "PLATINUM." This unusual Art Deco era pear-cut diamond would make a spectacular engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.25 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
