A stunning GIA certified sapphire line bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this beautiful piece features 22 articulated box links that together create a feminine and timeless appeal. The box links each feature simple linear engraving on the sides and each link holds a bead set graduated oval cut cornflower blue sapphire aside two stacked bead set round white sapphires in between the oval blue sapphires. The variation in color amongst the blue stones is simply stunning and truly makes this bracelet unique! Altogether, we estimate there to be slightly more than 14ctw of blue Ceylon sapphires total in the bracelet, and the sapphires are of Ceylon (Sri Lankan) origin with no indication of heat treatment. Accompanying the bracelet is a Sapphire Origin Report from the Gemological Institute of America, dated February 2024.The bracelet closes with a simple box clasp that is adorned with three white sapphires and blue oval sapphire along with a figure-eight safety clasp for added security. This beautiful bracelet would look perfect worn on special occasions and make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7” long, 3/8" wide. It would fit nicely on a medium to average-sized wrist.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting. All of the sapphires are intact and securely set. The box clasp and figure eight safety is secure and in good working condition.
