Arts and Crafts Sterling Silver Sodalite Shield Necklace

A fantastic necklace from the Arts and Crafts (ca1910s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, the piece features a central shield-like pendant decorated with one large, circular bezel-set sodalite stone. Hanging from the base of the pendant on a silver bail is another oval-shaped sodalite stone. The pendant is attached to a link chain that features two implemented sodalite stones. The stones are a marvelous deep blue shade, and feature additional teal, green, and dark gray hues. The necklace is secured by a spring ring clasp. The unique look of the piece would make it the perfect addition to any collection!

Measurements: The chain necklace measures approximately 18 1/2" long, and the centerpiece is 1 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" tall.

Condition: The necklace is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the sodalite stones are intact and free of chips or damages. The spring ring clasp is intact and in working condition.
