Late Victorian 14kt/Sterling Ball Chain Necklace 60"
SKU:45193
A lovely chain necklace from the Victorian (ca1900s) era! Crafted in 14kt rosy yellow gold and patinaed sterling silver, this chain has unique oval-shaped links with two spherical details. The links are connected by delicate round links to create a flat chain pattern that alternates between the two metals. The sterling links have gold-topped beaded detail, and the necklace secures with a rosy yellow gold swiveling clasp and a larger ring with a faded hallmark. This particularly long chain can be applied overhead three times or worn layered four times using the clasp. It would be a wonderful addition to a Victorian collection!
Measurements: The chain measures 60" in length. The links measure 3.25mm wide.
Condition: The chain is in excellent condition, besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
