A lovely coral ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This beautiful ring is crafted in 14k yellow gold and platinum, and holds a natural coral cabochon within a raised prong setting. The coral is polished into a smooth circular shape, and displays a wonderful salmon shade. Decorating the center of the coral is a stunning Old European cut diamond, with an estimated 0.30 carat weight. The setting of the ring features fine engraved accents along the shoulders of the band, and filigree details that rest below the raised prongs. Stamped inside the shank is "14K." A very attractive piece, this everyday ring is perfect for the coral lover, and would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5, but could easily be resized. The coral centerpiece rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The band measures 4.21mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, platinum, or to the coral cabochon, which is intact and secure within its setting. The central diamond is also intact and secure.
