A beautiful mixed metal cross pendant from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and platinum, this large cross-shaped pendant is highly-detailed. The front of the cross is decorated with a variety of bezel-set mine cut diamonds and bead-set rosed cut diamonds. Overall, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .40ctw, and add a wonderful "sparkle" to the piece! The front of the cross also features milgrain-detailing, dainty engravings, and geometric cutouts. The top of the pendant features a complimentary bail, which is decorated with another small, bead-set rose cut diamond. A lovely piece, this cross would look stunning worn on any gold or platinum antique chain!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 2 1/16" long (including the bail) and measures 1 1/4" at its widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set, and the bail is in working order.
