A beautiful engagement ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 14kt white gold, this ring adorns a 1.18ctw Old European Cut diamond at the center of an elaborate oval-shaped design. The glittering diamond rests within an octagonal eight-prong setting, exhibiting gorgeous I color with SI1 clarity. Swirling engraving and beautifully milgrained wirework adorns the platinum surface, complementing the sparkling round diamond. The leafy design carries down the sides of the band before tapering into a smooth band, its inside hand-engraved with "E.P.L. 19" in lovely cursive. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in February of 2022, and has a stated retail replacement value of $13,000.00. This would be a perfect engagement piece for any woman looking for a one-of-a-kind style!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 6.25 but can easily be resized. The ring measures 1/2" wide and rests 7/32" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting. The diamond is intact and securely set.
