Edwardian 9k/Platinum Mother of Pearl, Pearl, & Enamel Cufflink Set

A sophisticated cufflink set from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 9k gold and platinum, this set is comprised of 2 cufflinks and 4 accompanying buttons. Each component features a luminous mother of pearl plaque, which are each centered by a natural pearl. The small pearls are surrounded by a black enameled border that adds depth and definition to the composition. The mother of pearl plaques are each encircled by a platinum border, which are decorated with dainty texturizing engravings. The cufflinks are connected by simple ellipse-shaped links, and the buttons are accompanied by gold button posts. The backside of each component is stamped "9CT" and "PT". Presented in its original box, this exceptional cufflink set is a wonderful example of early 20th-century elegance and would make a distinguished addition to any antique jewelry collection.

Measurements: Each component has a diameter of 9/16".

Condition: The set is in excellent condition. There is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting, and all of the mother of pearl plaques and small pearls are intact and securely set. The cufflink connector links and the button posts are all intact.
