A dazzling diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features an elongated, navette-style centerpiece, which is encrusted with sparkling stones. The middle of the marquise-shaped centerpiece features a bead-set old European cut diamond, which has a carat weight of .90ct, and displays K/L color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The remainder of the centerpiece is adorned with smaller, bead-set old European cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .30ctw. The smaller diamonds display I/J color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The elongated centerpiece also features geometric cutouts and subtle milgrain-detailing. The shoulders of the ring feature engraved wheat and floral-motif engravings, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The inside of the shank features a "PLATINUM" purity mark. Measurements: The ring is a size 8, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.41mm, and the navette centerpiece measures 1" tall and 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
