A gorgeous sapphire and diamond three-stone ring from the Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features three stones running horizontally across a pill-shaped centerpiece. The central stone is a .345ct oval-cut sapphire, which is bead-set and displays an incredible deep blue hue. The sapphire is nestled in between two old mine cut diamonds, which are bead-set and have an approximate total carat weight of .40ctw. The diamonds display G/H color and VS1-VS2 clarity. The pill-shaped centerpiece is further adorned with subtle filigree-detailing, and the shoulders of the ring feature a geometric cutout-design. Furthermore, the shoulders of the ring are adorned with floral and wheat-motif engravings, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The inside of the shank is marked with a personalized engraving which reads: "1932". A stunning ring, this piece would make a lovely addition to any Art Deco-era collection!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6, but could be slightly resized if desired. The band has a width of 2.33mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the stones are intact and securely set.
