Estate 14k Sapphire, Diamond, & Onyx Drop Earrings

A bold and colorful pair or drop earrings! Crafted in 14k yellow and white gold, each earring begins with a bezel-set, sapphire cabochon surmount. The earrings then feature a long, thin row of diamond encrusted links, which vary between rectangular and circular in shape. The base of each earring features a teardrop-shaped link, which features an additional, bezel-set sapphire cabochon. Together, all of the sapphire cabochons have an approximate total carat weight of .40ctw, and all display a vibrant blue hue. The base of each teardrop shaped features plaques of inlaid onyx, which intersect the sapphire cabochons, and curve against the border of the link. The remainder of the teardrop-shaped links are encrusted with bead-set modern round brilliant cut diamonds. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .50ctw, and display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The earrings are completed by simple posts and friction backs, which are marked with a serial code that reads: "15863". The backside of each earring is also marked with a "585" purity mark and the letter "W". A stunning pair, these earrings would be perfect for an upcoming event or occasion!

Measurements: The earrings have a total length of 2" and measure 1/2" at their widest point.

Condition: The earrings are in excellent condition. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the posts and friction backs are secure and in working order. All of the stones are intact and securely set.
