An adorable owl and moon pin! Crafted in 9k rose gold, this pin depicts an owl resting atop a crescent moon! Both the owl and moon are decorated with dainty engravings, which add life to both figures. The eyes of the owl are represented by 2, bead-set, round cut garnet stones. The garnets display a luscious red hue, which wonderfully complements the rose gold setting. The singular eye of the crescent is represented by a bead-set, modern round brilliant cut diamond. The backside of the piece features a simple pin clasp, a maker's mark which reads: "LML", and a sequence of English hallmarks, which include: a crown-motif, "375" purity mark, shield-motif, and the letter "R". These hallmarks indicate that the piece was crafted in London in the year 1990. A lovely pin, this piece would look lovely worn on any sweater or blouse!
Measurements: The pin has a total height of 7/8" and a width of 3/4".
Condition: The overall condition of this pin is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and all of the stones are intact ands securely set. The pin clasp is secure and in working order.
