A gorgeous ruby and diamond cluster ring from the Georgian (ca1750s) era. Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this ring features a cluster of Burmese no-heat rubies. The central ruby is held within a prong-setting, and the surrounding rubies are bead-set. The rubies have an approximate total carat weight of 1ctw, and display a lovely pinkish-red hue. Each shoulder of the ring features 3 rose cut diamonds, which are bezel-set. Overall, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .15ctw. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A lovely cluster ring, this piece would make a unique and colorful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size 6.25, but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the rubies and diamonds are securely set.
