An interesting diamond conversion ring from the Georgian (ca1850s) era! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold and topped in beautifully patinaed sterling silver, this ring adorns a unique Table Cut diamond in a closed-back collet setting. The Table Cut diamond catches the light gently, making for a very special look. The collet is raised, held by an elegant belcher setting. A simple contemporary 18kt band completes the ring, breathing new life into this beautiful Georgian piece. This ring would be a wonderful addition to any Georgian collection!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 5.75 but can easily be resized. The centerpiece measures slightly less than 7/16" in diameter and rests 7/32" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The diamond is intact and securely set.
