A dainty and colorful ring signed by jeweler, Schulmann & Sons from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this ring features a central, prong-set, oval cut sapphire. The .62ct stone is simply gorgeous, displaying a deep, luscious blue hue. The sapphire is encircled by a halo of 10, prong-set mine cut diamonds. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .60ctw, and display G/H color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank features an "18" purity mark and the Schulmann & Sons maker's mark. A splendid piece, this ring would make a lovely addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.02mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the yellow gold setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
