A breathtaking snake ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k gold and sterling silver, this ring is represented by the curling body of a snake. The entire body and head of the twisting serpent are encrusted with prong-set old mine cut diamonds. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 3.10ctw, and display I/L color and VS1-SI1 clarity. Furthermore, the body of the snake features deep engravings, which illuminate the diamonds and add a wonderful scale-like look to the ring. A one-of-a-kind ring, this piece would make an exquisite addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 8.75, and could be resized slightly.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting, and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
