Victorian 14k Sapphire and Diamond Cufflinks

An attractive and unusual pair of cufflinks from the Victorian (ca880) era! These double-sided cufflinks are crafted in 14k and circular in shape. Two of the faces feature a bezel set sapphire, which display a lovely cornflower blue hue and have an approximate total carat weight of .40ctw. The two remaining faces feature old European cut diamonds, which rest within bezel settings and have an approximate total carat weight of .20ctw. The faces are connected by two jump rings and an ellipse shaped connector. The back of two of the faces features an illegible maker's mark. A wonderful Victorian-era piece, these colorful cufflinks would make a fantastic addition to any collection!
Measurements: The front of each cufflink has a diameter of 1/2" and a depth of 1/16". The space in between each cufflink measures 1/2".
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the sapphire and diamonds. The connecting links are secure and intact.
