A spectacular starfish pin from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and sterling silver, this lovely starfish-motif pin is encrusted with rose cut diamonds. The center of the starfish features a prong-set rose cut diamond, which is surrounded by a circular yellow gold frame, which is decorated with a ribbed-design. The arms of the starfish is decorated with bezel-set rose cut diamonds. Overall, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 1.2ctw and display G/H color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The backside of the pin features a simple pin clasp, which is marked with small illegible maker's marks. A unique pin, this piece would make a special addition to any Victorian-era collection!
Measurements: The pin has a width of 1" and a height of 1 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting. All of the diamonds are secure and intact, and the pin clasp is in working order.
