A gorgeous turquoise and diamond ring from the Victorian era (ca1880)! This beautiful and feminine ring is crafted in 18k gold. A polished turquoise stone rests at the center, exhibiting a beautiful shade of robin's egg blue. Surrounding the turquoise cabochon is a border of delicate rose cut diamonds that form a sparkling halo. Completing the design is a filigree pattern below the centerpiece, extending to a smooth tapered band. Stamped inside the shank is "14k" and a hallmark which appears to be a "H" within a star. This enchanting Victorian piece is perfect for the turquoise lover, and could make a unique gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could easily be re-sized up or down as desired. The oval centerpiece measures 1/4" tall, 5/8" wide, and rests about 5/8" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The turquoise and diamond stones are all intact and securely set.
