A lovely pendant necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold and topped in oxidized sterling silver, this elegant pendant is in the form of a Fleur-de-Lys. The classic motif is formed of foliage and flowers and set with glinting Rose Cut diamonds. A delicate ball chain (marked with a maker's mark and "925") carries the pendant by its hidden bail, and it secures with a small lobster clasp marked "925". This beautiful Fleur-de-Lys would be a wonderful addition to a Victorian collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 18" in length. The pendant measures slightly more than 5/8" tall, 17/32" wide, and slightly more than 3/32" deep (excluding the bail).
Condition: The pendant necklace is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and oxidized sterling setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The chain and clasp are secure and in good working condition.
