A playful pendant necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k/14k yellow gold, this necklace begins with a dainty paperclip chain, which secures with a spring ring clasp. The clasp is stamped with an "14K" purity mark and the word "ITALY". The chain is accompanied by a gold "nugget" pendant, which features a natural, inlaid piece of quartz. The top of the pendant features a complimentary bail, which allows the "nugget" to easily slide along the paperclip chain. A unique piece, this pendant necklace would blend seamlessly into any necklace collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 17" long. The pendant has a height of 7/8" (including the bail) and a width of 3/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant necklace is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the chain, and the spring ring clasp is secure and in working order. The gold "nugget" and included piece of quartz are both intact, and the complimentary bail is intact.
