A gorgeous turquoise and diamond halo ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k rose gold and sterling silver, this ring features a central, prong-set Persian turquoise cabochon. The turquoise cabochon is simply wonderful, display a vibrant teal hue. The cabochon is encircled by a halo of prong-set rose cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .30ctw. The shoulders of the ring feature a shield-shaped plaque, which are each decorated with foliage-motif engravings. The shoulders also feature a banded-design and worn engravings, and the remainder of the shank is smooth and simple. A dainty piece, this ring would look splendid worn on any hand!
Measurements: The ring is a size 7, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.8mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting. The turquoise and diamond stones are all intact and securely set.
