A gorgeous star pendant from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold and topped in sterling silver, this five-pointed star is encrusted with 19 glittering Rose Cut diamonds on its arms. A larger Old Mine Cushion Cut diamond sparkles in the belcher setting at the center of the star, displaying wonderful I-J color with SI1-2 clarity, bringing the convex star's approximate total weight to 0.95ctw. The pendant, formerly a brooch, is ready to secure to a favorite chain by its hidden bail. An absolutely gorgeous piece, this star pendant would be an incredible addition to any Victorian collection!
Measurements: The pendant measures approximately 1 1/16" tall, 7/8" wide, and 7/32" at its deepest point.
Condition: The pendant is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The bail is secure and in good working condition.
