A gorgeous Man in the Moon ring by A. Brandt + Son! This custom design is crafted in 18kt yellow gold and sterling silver using a Victorian (ca1880s) era Saphiret glass Man in the Moon and antique Old Mine Cut diamonds. The Man in the Moon displays an iridescent rainbow, lit from within, nestled within a golden bezel. The diamonds are prong-set atop a blackened silver crescent moon and weigh an approximate total of 1.60ctw in I-J color with SI1-2 clarity, cradling the face. Three Single Cut diamonds adorn the shoulders of the ring on each side, and the ring is completed by a polished yellow gold split shank band (stamped "750"). This spectacular ring would be a perfect addition to any Victorian aficionado's collection.
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 6 1/2 but could easily be resized. The face of the ring measures approximately 3/4" in diameter. When worn, the ring rests 3/8" above the finger at its deepest point.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The saphiret glass is intact, free of chips and scratches. The diamonds are all intact and securely set.
