An absolutely gorgeous 5-stone diamond ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this ring features a row of 5 old mine cut diamonds running horizontally across the front surface of the piece. All of the stones are prong-set, and have an approximate total carat weight of .75ctw. The diamonds display G/H Color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped with a variety of hallmarks, which include a "J.W.T" maker's mark, a small crown, "18", an anchor, and the letter "q". These hallmarks indicate that the ring was crafted in England. A fabulous piece, this ring would make a perfect engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.25 but could be slightly re-sized. The band measures 2.55mm wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
