A stunning diamond and pearl bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in vibrant 18k yellow gold, the central of this bracelet features a 1.40ct old mine cut diamond, which is held within a scalloped bezel-setting. The diamond displays H color and SI2 clarity. The diamond is surrounded by a halo of lovely pearls, which display a pinkish-white luster and are also bezel-set. All of the stones rest atop a large floral-motif centerpiece, which is decorated with intricate floral-motif and texturizing engravings. The chain of the bracelet is comprised of flexible links, which are decorated with disc and swirling-motifs. The flexible links are bordered on both the top and bottom by two rows of attached paperclip links. The piece secures with a simple push clasp, and is further secured by a safety chain. The tongue of the push clasp is stamped with two small eagle motifs and two other illegible maker's marks, which indicate that the piece was crafted in France. The bracelet is accompanied by its original box. A one-of-a-kind bracelet, this piece would make a gorgeous addition to any antique jewelry collection!

Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/4" wide and has a height of 1 5/8". The centerpiece has a diameter of 1 5/8" and a height of 1 1/2".

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The central diamond and pearls are all secure and intact, and the push clasp and safety chain are securely attached and in working order.
