A beautiful locket pendant from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in silver gilt, this heart displays a variety of gorgeous shades of pavé-set turquoise stones. Ranging from robin's egg blue to a lush green, the turquoise has a dimensional and intriguing look. The backside of the hollow pendant is smooth silver with a glass window, ready to store a special photograph. A red fabric lining can be found inside of the pendant, covering the backside of the handcrafted pavé setting. A teardrop-shaped bail holds the locket with its matching turquoise motif, ready to hang from a favorite chain. This special pendant is perfect for a turquoise lover!
Measurements: The locket measures approximately 1 1/4" tall excluding the bail, 1 15/16" tall including the bail, 1 1/8" wide, and 13/32" deep.
Condition: The pendant is overall in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting. All of the turquoise stones are intact and securely set. The locket window is in good, secure condition. The bail is in good working condition.
