A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow and white gold, this lovely piece displays a beautiful 0.69ctw round Brilliant Cut diamond set within a classic two-tone mounting. The diamond, which is prong set in white gold, exhibits G/H color and SI2 clarity, beautifully sparkling in the light with every turn. The band has a soft textured design with an elegant white gold basket set atop stacked layers of milgrained yellow gold, and white gold foliate motifs adorn the shoulders. The look is complete with a smoothly polished yellow gold band which is stamped "D&F 14K" along the inside shank. This ring has a very unique and feminine look and the piece would make a stunning engagement ring for a special woman.
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size 6.5 but could be resized. When worn, the diamond sits 1/4" above the finger.
Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow and white gold setting. The diamond is intact and securely set.
