A wonderful enameled pearl lavalier pendant from the Art Nouveau (ca1910) era! This delicate piece is made of vibrant 14kt yellow gold and has a blooming flowery shape. The pendant depicts a soft pink flower center surrounded by delicate, leaf-like swirls along the outside. The blooming flower surface adorns rich but soft enameling in iridescent hues of green, yellow, pink and maroon and in the center is a prong set old Mine Cut diamond, giving the piece just the right amount of sparkle. Hanging from the bottom of the enameled centerpiece are two strands of fine gold chain which attach at either side and connect at a single, natural pearl at the bottom. Two smaller pearls are set within the chain on either side of the larger center pearl and all three dangle freely from the base of the pendant. The pearls have a rich, high luster surface that adds a wonderful, feminine touch and the pendant hangs from a complimentary gold bail that is stamped "14K" on the back. The piece has a beautiful and soft design and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
